Many students, whether hearing or deaf, have their own webpages on community websites like MySpace.com or Facebook.com. If the webpages are not "blocked", then anyone who logs online can have access to the webpage and see what the students have posted, like pictures, information about her/himself, comments, etc.
If a teacher, administrator, or any other person from a school saw these webpages, reported them at school, and the student was disciplined at school, what is your opinion of this? Do you feel that any information a student posts online at home and not at school is the right of the student? Do you feel the school should alert the parents of the student? Think about and discuss the right to privacy as well as the dangers of exposing too much information about oneself online.

oh well, i think so if teacher caught to me about for myspace.com then i big trouble and suspended for school. but i dont want to like gang join myspace.com then i will block to them im seruios. I want to nice people talk with me i will add for them.
i think myspace.com not safe. if my profile not block. they can see what i am? i heard that who use myspace.com. he/she kill, rape, something for kill. i think they should block them. if i know my friend. it fine with me . i trust him/her.
Well, I had my myspace since two years. Someday I heard that news said that myspace are dangroues becasue other people try to into the myspace and where they live then kill or rape. Its stupid about things in myspace and facebook. I hope maybe in the futrue myspace would had new tech. to protect of our children and adults too.
I had myspace since almost 3 years. I use a lots myspace every weekends at home. Because I not want to use myspace at school and I not want to get in suspended school.
If someone add to firends then I check who is her/him, If I know her/him that where I met her/him, that I would approve it. If I not know who is her/him then I won't approve, just deny it. That what I want safe than someone rape me or hurt me or kill me.
