Families in prison DUE Mon., Feb. 4, 2008
In the Tuesday, January 29, 2008, edition of USA Today (p. 1A-2A), there is an article titled "For many of USA's inmates, crime runs in the family". It states that 48% of state prisoners in the USA have relatives either in prison or have been in prison before. Read the article and discuss why you think this is happening. Discuss possible ways to prevent this from happening. How can families be helped so that there is a reduction in the number of family members going to prison?

The jail in the many people almost all the United State of America thaT 48% in the jail. Because the people crime and kill people and everything. Because the family's generation that spent to kids. Because the parent yelling and fight to kids that parent spent to kids then later year that what happen to parent"s kids going to jail. That what happen to future then wait see whoever going to jail like forever year but im not sure it possbile.
Today in the news on TV. to tell you what happened in your area and other states. Many people try to kill the people like a rape and murder plus many different things. Who people live in the prison then out of the prison and it will be ex-prisoner. Now who ex-prisoner tries to be affected to the family then again to murder and rape. Its called "Family's generation". I can't to be believe that they are to murder but it’s terrific. It’s happened in your life. I'm agreeing with bearboy.
Alot of Generals of family got into trouble like kill and others, and parents always yelled at kids and they got a bad experinces and not thier fault that is effort them and doing bad things and upset alot and not think postive, and they are thinking about how to beat other peoples, because of parents and not to good for them becuase they are in bad mood or think about other bad things.
i agree with bearsboy. IT can be who used to be prisoner. His/her family's gerenation got bad affect. they got bad exprience from family. when prisoner grow up, they can see family got bad. they went to prison. So, now who prisoner go to prison now. that's horrible. i feel safe my family care about me.
